Manager of VC Partnerships
Job Summary
To build relationships within the San Francisco Bay Area startup ecosystem, the full-time Manager of VC Partnerships will develop partnerships, host community events, and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with venture capital firms' platform and partnership teams
- Negotiate portfolio partnerships with VC firms, securing commitments like founder introductions and co-hosted events
- Plan and host events to introduce Archera to startup founders and technical leaders, resulting in qualified conversations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role in the venture capital ecosystem
- Experience working at or closely with venture capital firms, particularly with their platform or portfolio-services teams
- A track record of generating pipeline through partnerships or events with venture-backed companies
- Working knowledge of cloud technology or experience selling software to technical buyers
- Organized, data-driven, and comfortable working independently
