Manager of Wellness Programs

Job Summary

To enhance patient engagement and improve health outcomes, the full-time remote Manager of Wellness Programs will oversee outreach, scheduling, billing, and vendor operations while leading a team to maximize Annual Wellness Visit completion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of 35-40 outreach and scheduling staff, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational policies
• Oversee daily operations related to Annual Wellness Visit scheduling and billing, identifying gaps and implementing strategies to improve access and efficiency
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships with third-party partners to ensure alignment with service level agreements and operational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience managing healthcare operations, patient outreach programs, or care coordination teams
• Proven track record in managing third-party vendors, including performance oversight and SLA management
• Knowledge of Annual Wellness Visits, preventive care programs, and healthcare billing guidelines
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 25 or more staff
