Manager, Patient Recruitment

Job Summary

To support clinical programs, the Manager, Patient Recruitment will execute and optimize recruitment and engagement strategies, manage day-to-day operations, oversee vendor performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives in either an onsite or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high-level recruitment strategies into actionable plans with clear timelines and KPIs
• Oversee monitoring of recruitment metrics and generate insights for tactical adjustments
• Serve as a liaison among internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in patient recruitment or clinical operations, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role
• Proven success in achieving enrollment goals using data analytics and innovative methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics and KPI tracking
• Strong understanding of digital recruitment tools and patient engagement platforms
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
