Job Summary

Leading product planning and adoption support for agent-facing tools, the full-time remote Manager Product Planning will align product direction with business priorities, manage release readiness, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance agent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs
• Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and release priorities in collaboration with development and operations teams
• Evaluate business needs and agent feedback to guide product decisions and prioritize continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior relevant work experience in product planning or management
• Competency with Microsoft Office products and collaborative tools for documentation and project tracking
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple product initiatives in a virtual environment
• Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
