Manager, Quote to Order

Job Summary

To support the Quote-to-Order function, the full-time Manager, Quote to Order will manage operational excellence in CPQ processes and systems, collaborate with various business units, and lead a team to enhance the seller experience in a remote role based in Canada or San Jose, California.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy and systems roadmap for Quote-to-Order
• Prioritize and groom sprint backlogs to capture user requirements and enhance the Salesforce CPQ platform
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to drive operational excellence and professional development

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Quote-to-Order processes, including CPQ operations
• Proven ability to lead operational support and manage product and sprint backlogs
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, including analysts and QA engineers
• Demonstrated curiosity in AI tools and integrating new technologies into workflows
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies
