Manager, Regulatory Intelligence

Job Summary

Leading a team of Data Solutions Coordinators, the full-time Manager, Regulatory Intelligence will oversee global regulatory monitoring activities and ensure the quality and timely delivery of regulatory intelligence across the Pharmaceutical, Biologics, MedTech, and Animal Health sectors while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management
• Oversee global regulatory monitoring activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of relevant developments
• Manage team workload and resource allocation to maintain consistent regulatory coverage and meet operational objectives

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, GxP, or Regulatory Intelligence in relevant industries
• Previous experience in leading or managing teams with a focus on work quality and performance
• Strong understanding of GxP principles and global regulatory frameworks
• Experience in regulatory monitoring, intelligence gathering, or compliance-related operations
• A Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline is preferred
