Job Summary
To support the research team and enhance advisor effectiveness, the full-time remote Manager Research Associate will translate research insights into actionable deliverables, develop scalable solutions, and provide impactful resources for client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the quarterly refresh of the Mariner Manager Monitor, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of manager data for advisors
- Conduct manager searches for public markets and open-end real estate while producing monthly and quarterly capital markets materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Morningstar Report Portal, supporting the development of new reporting functionality and maintaining the Research Wealth Focus List
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, investments, analytics, or a similar area
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with large data sets
- Familiarity with manager research, asset allocation, or capital markets concepts
- Proficiency with AI tools to expedite research, analysis, and drafting
