Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Manager, Software Engineering will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of Pega project features while managing project scope, risks, and dependencies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collective ownership of quality, utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity
• Set performance goals for team members, conduct regular 1:1s, and manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to performance reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience with a strong background in Pega case management and workflow design
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to lead teams on large projects and mentor junior members on Agile principles
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex project scopes and mitigating risks effectively
• Experience in utilizing AI in project execution, such as AI-assisted code development
