Job Summary

Driving innovation in talent acquisition, the full-time Manager, TA Innovation Programs will manage the innovation portfolio, oversee pilot program management, and coordinate new technology evaluations in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rhythm of the innovation portfolio, including milestones, coordination, and status reporting
• Drive pilot program management from kickoff to results, ensuring successful tracking and organization of workstreams
• Coordinate RFIs for new technology, managing timelines and documentation for candidate evaluation processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation roles within a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage complexity across multiple pilots and stakeholders
• Intrinsic motivation and the ability to operate autonomously across execution, coordination, and reporting tasks
• Ability to translate technical work into compelling narratives for leadership
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with various teams
