Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of health and welfare programs, the full-time remote Manager Total Rewards will manage global mobility and relocation initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, renewal, and evaluation of North America health and welfare programs, as well as global mobility and relocation offerings
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, ensuring service expectations are met and performance is monitored
• Develop financial models and forecasts, presenting recommendations for program improvements and cost management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits program administration
• 7+ years of HR Information System (HRIS) experience, with a preference for Workday HCM knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience managing employees
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and other functions
