Manager, Trial Equity
Job Summary
To support Kite's strategy for clinical trial representativeness and inclusion, the full-time remote Manager, Trial Equity will design and implement digital engagement campaigns, develop patient recruitment strategies, and manage multi-channel initiatives to enhance diverse patient participation in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital engagement campaigns to increase awareness and participant engagement
- Develop and execute patient recruitment strategies leveraging digital marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize enrollment outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA
- Experience in digital marketing and patient-facing communications for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of drug development and Phase I-IV clinical trials
- Experience with marketing analytics and digital engagement platforms
- Proficiency with digital content creation tools
