Manager, Value & Access Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting the development of cross-portfolio analytics, the full-time remote Manager, Value & Access Analytics will manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) performance analysis, identify anomalies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute analytical workstreams supporting GTN forensics, ensuring accurate and useful outputs
• Identify unusual patterns in GTN-related activities and conduct root-cause analyses for business partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Doctorate or foreign equivalent degree in a relevant field; or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or health care analytics, with knowledge of GTN and market access
• Experience delivering analytical workstreams and supporting analytics products from requirements to stakeholder adoption
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
• Strong collaboration and project-management skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams
