Managing Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Managing Consultant will lead and manage consulting engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor team members in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations
• Build and maintain high-value client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying new opportunities for business development
• Assist in the professional development of team members, mentoring consultants and contributing to the enhancement of tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a blend of practical industry and consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience in complex project environments, including leadership as a workstream lead
• Previous leadership experience in a consulting or professional services setting
• Advanced understanding of industry regulations and project management methodologies
