Managing Consultant - Red Team

Job Summary

Managing a team of security consultants, the full-time Managing Consultant - Red Team will engage in red team, purple team, and social engineering projects while providing mentorship and performance support to direct reports in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead red team and purple team engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering actionable recommendations
• Mentor and develop technical practitioners through hands-on collaboration and regular performance feedback
• Maintain technical proficiency and address delivery challenges while fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members

Required qualifications

• At least five years of offensive security experience, including red team and purple team assessments
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring security professionals
• Expertise in Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement
• Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Go, or PowerShell
• Experience conducting social engineering assessments and developing attack scenarios
