Job Summary

To provide critical operational leadership for a growing software vertical, the full-time remote Managing Director will develop and implement strategic plans across all major functions, including sales, marketing, R&D, and customer service, while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the long-range, annual, and quarterly financial and non-financial goals
• Drive revenue growth by collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring effective customer success programs and monitoring performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the software or technology sector
• Strong skills in developing and executing strategic business plans across multiple functions
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Practical understanding of AI and its application to software products and operations
• Full professional proficiency in English and legally authorized to work in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or France
