Job Summary

To drive strategic relationships with a designated hyperscaler, the full-time Managing Director, Data Center Solutions will oversee account strategy, align customer and stakeholder priorities, and ensure delivery accountability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and account strategy for the assigned hyperscaler, ensuring alignment on long-term vision and priorities
• Provide structured customer insights to inform product development and co-innovation initiatives, connecting customer needs to scalable solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to maintain momentum on account priorities and ensure delivery reliability and quality

Required qualifications

• Leadership experience in strategic account management or enterprise customer-facing roles
• Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and shaping long-term account strategies
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial and operational environments
• Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into actionable internal priorities
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, pipeline visibility, and financial drivers related to account growth
