Managing Director of AI Solutions

Job Summary

As a senior technical authority and player-coach, the full-time Managing Director of AI Solutions will lead technical assessments, translate findings into actionable roadmaps, and personally oversee early client builds in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical assessor on readiness diagnostics, including data, architecture, tooling, and security scans
• Translate diagnostic findings into buildable roadmaps and scoped statements of work
• Build and lead the Delivery Pod, hiring and coaching AI and data engineers while ensuring quality assurance for every build

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in solutions architecture, engineering leadership, or applied AI, with at least 3 years in client-facing or pre-sales roles
• Experience taking large language models or agentic systems to production at an enterprise scale
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, along with knowledge of orchestration and loop design
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security, including identity and data protection
• Background in consulting or professional services delivery, preferably in regulated industries or private equity environments
