Managing Director of AI Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a new advisory practice, the full-time Managing Director of AI Strategy will oversee the delivery of AI and data readiness assessments, shape client opportunities, and build a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data readiness assessments, including scoping and business case development
- Originate and shape opportunities with account teams, maintaining personal revenue accountability
- Build and lead the Advisory Pod, focusing on hiring, coaching, and quality assurance of consultant delivery
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in management consulting or advisory with significant experience in transformation or Office of the CFO
- Proven track record of originating, shaping, and selling advisory work
- Experience leading multiple assessment or strategy engagements
- Deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and change dynamics
- Prior experience in building a practice or service line from an early stage
