Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the fully remote Managing Engineer, Software Engineering will architect and design digital products, oversee software development processes, and ensure the success of applications in production while managing key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and enhancement of software products while implementing testing strategies
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best engineering practices within the team
- Collaborate on system design and lead daily standups and iteration planning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or product engineering
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x+
- Experience with microservices and event-driven systems, preferably with Kafka
- Understanding of cloud environments, including Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins and Docker
