Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time remote Mandarin Business Development Manager will hire, coach, and manage a multilingual team of Business Development Representatives, focusing on creating a qualified pipeline for Strategic Cuisines Account Executives in the restaurant industry.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and enhance the productivity of 6-10 Business Development Representatives
• Coach team members on discovery and qualification processes while tailoring solutions for Mandarin-speaking prospects
• Develop systems and feedback loops to optimize team performance and ensure effective handoffs to Account Executives

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to coach and communicate effectively in both languages
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of quota attainment
• Strong metrics-driven approach to sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Genuine coaching instinct and the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a flexible approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment
