Job Summary

To support linguistic projects, the part-time Mandarin Chinese Linguist Expert will perform tasks such as categorization, annotation, transcription, and content creation remotely under a commercial contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annotation, categorization, and correction of various content types
• Engage in conversational interactions and voice recording for project needs
• Evaluate and validate audio, video, images, and written content for accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Languages, Literature, or a related field
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Fluency in English with strong writing and editing skills
• Solid understanding of linguistic theory, grammar, and language structure
• Computer literacy with specific technical requirements for participation
