Mandarin Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement, the full-time Mandarin Donor Engagement Specialist will manage donor communications, conduct health screenings, and coordinate blood donation processes while providing exceptional customer service in a mission-driven call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locates and contacts donors using investigative skills and data from NMDP systems
• Conducts donor health screenings and manages documentation related to the donation process
• Establishes and maintains relationships with donor operations and external partners to support donor engagement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related health care field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical/healthcare setting
• Advanced internet research skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and coach individuals effectively
• Experience in managing confidential information and adhering to compliance standards
