Job Summary

Skilled in both Mandarin and English, the contracted Mandarin Interpreter will facilitate communication between speakers while working remotely, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in interpretation tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Utilize industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical contexts
• Participate in internal professional training and communicate with the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Based in the US
• Minimum of 3 years of interpretation experience
• Ability to accurately render concepts and meanings following established protocols
• Proficiency in explaining cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication
