Job Summary

Experienced Mandarin interpreters will find a fully remote contracted opportunity focused on facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally, adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Familiarize with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and report to the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum of 2 years of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication when requested by the client
