Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure software quality and system reliability, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will independently identify risks, define test coverage, and validate functionality across Web applications, Backend layers, and REST APIs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and product changes to define appropriate test coverage and execute various testing types
• Investigate defects and localize issues across client, backend, data, and integrations using debugging tools
• Support software releases by communicating testing progress and collaborating with developers to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in Software Testing / Manual QA and the ability to work independently
• Strong experience in testing Web applications and Backend/REST APIs
• Good understanding of HTTP, client-server architecture, and API communication
• Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger and writing SQL queries for data validation
• Intermediate English or higher, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
