Job Summary
To support a fast-growing team, the remote Manual Software Tester will conduct manual testing, design and execute test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing and develop, maintain, and upgrade test scripts for application products
- Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases while validating requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to report test progress and ensure software quality throughout the SDLC
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Proficiency in designing and implementing test and evaluation procedures
- Ability to record, triage, retest, and close defects with clear documentation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a software development environment
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and quality assurance best practices
