Manufacturing Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial operations in a manufacturing environment, the full-time salaried Manufacturing Accountant will manage monthly close activities, analyze manufacturing costs, and prepare financial reports while working remotely across the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close activities related to manufacturing operations
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation (or working toward CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
