Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director, this full-time position will manage a strategic manufacturing transformation to evolve a traditional production facility into a highly automated, digitally enabled operation, while collaborating with client stakeholders and delivery teams to drive results and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and plant leadership, facilitating critical decisions and managing transformation initiatives

Required qualifications
- 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in complex industrial environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing or digital transformation programs
- Deep understanding of production operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain management
- Experience with automation, smart manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Strong program leadership and stakeholder management skills
