Job Summary
Supporting the manufacturing production process in the welding/fabrication area, the full-time salaried Manufacturing Engineer will focus on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for efficient fabrication of parts and assemblies.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains methods and processes for manufacturing parts, components, and assemblies
- Conducts tests throughout production to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems
- Collaborates with product design engineering on technical specifications and manufacturing techniques
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts and principles
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks
- Ability to acquire and maintain security clearance
- Knowledge of welding/fabrication is a plus
