Job Summary
To support the design, testing, and production of advanced transducer technologies, the full-time Manufacturing Engineer - Transducer will manage production and development projects, ensuring quality and cost standards are met while driving product improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical support for the design, assembly, and testing of prototype transducers, facilitating their transition into production
- Develop new and improved production procedures, practices, and documentation to enhance manufacturing processes
- Prioritize safety in all manufacturing activities and perform additional duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or other Engineering discipline
- Proven knowledge of engineering principles and their application in the production of NDT UT transducers
- Experience with design techniques and tools for creating technical plans, schematics, and models
- Hands-on initiative with the capability to train and audit the work of others
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus
