Manufacturing Planner

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with key customers and sales teams, the full-time Manufacturing Planner will manage order prioritization, drive visibility into delivery schedules, and ensure fulfillment sites meet shipping targets while working remotely from Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates and respond to expedite requests
• Direct fulfillment centers on order priorities based on demand and supply status
• Develop and maintain KPIs and planning reports to support operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant area
• High English proficiency (oral and written) for daily customer and partner interactions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
