Job Summary
Leading cross-functional initiatives remotely, the full-time Manufacturing Program Advisor will drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and strategic business growth while managing program planning, execution, and the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of MES to optimize production performance
- Identify opportunities for business growth through market analysis and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen to support ITAR clients
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or technology environments
- Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, iBase-t Solumina)
- Experience in business development and customer-facing activities
