Job Summary
To support undergraduate students in the Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology Degree, the part-time temporary Manufacturing Quality Control Instructor will teach an asynchronous online course focusing on quality concepts and techniques used in industry, including statistics, statistical process control charts, and quality improvement tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver online instruction for a 3-credit-hour Manufacturing Quality Control course
- Facilitate learning on industry-relevant quality concepts and techniques
- Prepare course materials and assessments in an asynchronous format
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing-related Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional, research, clinical, or instructional experience
- Experience teaching in online environments
- Ability to teach in an asynchronous format
- Current authorization to work in the United States at the time of employment
