Manufacturing Security Manager
Job Summary
To enhance cybersecurity capabilities across manufacturing sites, the full-time Manufacturing Security Manager will lead the implementation of cybersecurity controls, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships with manufacturing sites to understand priorities and operational processes
- Translate cybersecurity requirements into site-level implementation plans and manage delivery activities
- Conduct cybersecurity reviews and drive the maturation of implemented capabilities through stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in MIS, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing Technology, or Operational Technology
- CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and OT cybersecurity compliance requirements
- Skill in communicating complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders
