Job Summary

Leading the development of strategic market access communications, the full-time remote Market Access Copy Supervisor will create compelling content that translates complex clinical and economic information for various payer audiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of clear and persuasive communications for market access brands, ensuring strategic alignment across various channels and formats
• Translate complex clinical data and reimbursement considerations into audience-relevant messaging and materials
• Manage creative workflow and build trusted client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to feedback effectively

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency, with significant expertise in Market Access
• Demonstrated ability to develop payer-focused communications and materials such as value propositions and access toolkits
• Strong understanding of the market access landscape, including payer decision-making and reimbursement pathways
• Proven track record of translating complex healthcare information into clear, persuasive communications
• Extensive familiarity with pharmaceutical agency workflows and regulatory review processes
