Market Access Copy Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a high-performing Group Copy Supervisor for the US Market Access practice, this full-time remote position will manage the development of compelling copy for promotional and educational materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Medical teams to develop concepts and copy targeted at a Market Access audience
• Lead the execution of long- and short-form copy across various media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals
• Manage direct reports, mentor junior team members, and maintain strong client relationships to effectively problem-solve

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of copywriting experience in agency and pharmaceutical advertising, with knowledge of HCP or Market Access
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in producing successful pharmaceutical promotional materials, with a portfolio required for consideration
• Advanced proficiency in Mac, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific information clearly in pharmaceutical and healthcare copy
