Market Access Director

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Market Access Director will develop and execute payer strategies to enhance patient access and reimbursement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national and regional commercial payer strategies to improve access and reimbursement
• Monitor and analyze payer medical policies, reimbursement methodologies, and coverage criteria to inform strategic decisions
• Translate payer policies into actionable guidance for field teams, ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Seven (7)+ years of experience in market access, managed care, reimbursement, or payer contracting
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care
• Proven experience in developing payer strategies that enhance patient access and reimbursement performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
