Market Access Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing payer credentialing and enrollment activities, the full-time Market Access Operations Manager will oversee operational infrastructure for Market Access execution across diagnostic testing portfolios while collaborating with various internal teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead payer credentialing, re-credentialing, enrollment, and network participation activities across various payers and Medicaid programs
• Manage state-specific Medicaid enrollment requirements and federal government documentation within required timelines
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational controls related to enrollment and reimbursement operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement operations or related functions
• Demonstrated experience managing payer enrollment across commercial and government payers
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Experience developing and maintaining operational documentation and workflows
