Market Access & Reimbursement Manager
Job Summary
To shape payer strategy and expand patient access to innovative oncology diagnostics, the remote Senior Manager / Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement will refine coverage strategies, engage with health plans, and guide evidence-based payer value dossiers.
Key responsibilities
- Refine coverage, coding, and payment strategies across public and private payers
- Secure CPT, PLA, or ICD-10 codes and favorable coverage policies
- Engage health plans, MACs, medical directors, clinicians, and advocacy groups
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field; MBA preferred
- Market access expertise with LDT and/or IVD products
- Strong knowledge of HEOR, managed care, reimbursement, and health policy
- Diagnostics, oncology, or point-of-care expertise strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functionally in an agile, evolving environment
