Market Data Analyst

Job Summary

Frustrated by the pace of large institutions, the full-time Market Data Analyst will manage the integrity of bond and loan pricing data, build automated processes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate pricing feeds against internal benchmarks, investigating anomalies
• Sift through large datasets to identify and resolve pricing outliers and data errors
• Build automated algorithms to enhance data quality checks and reduce manual processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in evaluated pricing, independent price verification (IPV), or fixed income valuations
• Strong familiarity with bond and loan reference data syntax and pricing feed structures
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including proficiency in building complex spreadsheets with Macros/Apps Scripts
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to identify pricing outliers
• General interest in technology as applied to financial market data
