Job Summary
Leading a market with accountability for strategy and growth, the full-time Market Vice President of Operations will manage clinical quality, operational excellence, and talent development across a remote role spanning five states in the GRIT region.
Key responsibilities:
- Champion clinical excellence and drive zero harm through the adoption of Clinical Quality standards
- Oversee market operations focusing on standardization, efficiency, and performance improvement
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while managing key relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare and 6+ years of leadership experience
- Preferred experience in ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings
