Job Summary
Joining a long-term, AI-first Salesforce program for a Fortune 50 global automotive manufacturer, the full-time Senior Technical Consultant will build marketing platform journeys, automations, and data integrations while leveraging AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain Marketing Cloud Engagement components, including journeys, automations, and data extensions
- Integrate Marketing Cloud Engagement with Salesforce Core and validate segments before execution
- Utilize AI tools to generate journey logic and document configurations, ensuring accuracy and accountability in deliverables
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in client-facing consulting roles
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations, including AMPscript and automations
- Proficiency in integrating Marketing Cloud Engagement with Salesforce Core
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Developer certification
- Demonstrated current use of AI tools in delivery work
