Job Summary

Working remotely on a 6-month contract basis, the Marketing Production Compliance Specialist will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial marketing materials, including pitch books and fact sheets, while managing collateral production and quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high-quality financial product collateral, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Perform thorough cross-validation of financial data inputs and conduct comprehensive data quality checks
• Identify and drive process improvements across marketing production workflows to enhance efficiency and automation

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in financial services marketing production or collateral management
• Deep familiarization with financial product structures and investment communication guidelines
• Hands-on experience with Morningstar Direct and Seismic
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
