Marketing Consultant

Job Summary

To support financial advisor teams in the Northeast region, the full-time remote Advisor Marketing Consultant will develop actionable marketing strategies, analyze growth opportunities, and coordinate with various partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned advisor teams
• Build trusted relationships with advisor teams to understand their growth goals and hold them accountable for marketing commitments
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend actions for improvement in marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a related client-facing role
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholder relationships and concurrent priorities
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience communicating to senior leaders and large audiences
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred
