Job Summary
Supporting a leading artificial intelligence company, the full-time contract Marketing Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of marketing, sponsorship, and promotional agreements while working remotely for a duration of three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate marketing, promotional, sponsorship, and event-related agreements
- Prepare documentation for hackathons, speaker engagements, and community programs
- Coordinate approvals for marketing campaigns and manage multiple concurrent agreements
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
- 4+ years of legal experience in marketing, advertising, events, or promotional contracting
- Experience drafting and negotiating marketing and event-related agreements
- Familiarity with sponsorship agreements and commercial arrangements
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements with fast turnaround expectations
