Marketing Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative marketing initiatives, the remote Marketing Engineer I will build and deploy AI systems to automate workflows and enhance campaign development, focusing on CRM and lifecycle automation while collaborating with the Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for daily marketing operations
• Automate campaign development in Braze, including template-driven generation and product-level personalization
• Write evaluation suites to measure agent output and maintain a version-controlled library of prompts and agent definitions

Required qualifications

• A demonstrated portfolio of AI builds, including agents and LLM workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI
• Practical experience with agent orchestration platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and JSON, along with comfort using Git
