Job Summary
Driving creator affiliate growth, the full-time Marketing Manager will manage creator affiliate activities, recruit and activate creators, and optimize performance while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue
- Manage creator affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK platforms
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators while monitoring affiliate performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure
- Experience managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK platforms
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
