Marketing Manager
Job Summary
To support Federal Market operations, the full-time Marketing Manager will oversee proposal efforts, manage complex pursuits, and collaborate with technical staff while working remotely with occasional travel to Fairfax, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit managers and subject matter experts to develop pursuit strategies and manage the proposal process
- Simultaneously manage multiple proposal efforts and maintain client action plans for high-priority clients
- Support market research and federal marketing initiatives, facilitating communication across various company units
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 6 years of experience in producing and managing proposals
- Preferred experience in Federal A/E/C marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including delegation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with other graphics software and CRM databases is desired
