Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the Student Loans business, the contract Marketing Operations Associate will manage operational and administrative tasks remotely, including lender compliance updates, marketing reporting, and partner contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Process compliance updates and maintain marketplace accuracy in coordination with external partners
• Build and manage marketing reports and dashboards, conducting analyses of campaign performance
• Reconcile partner billing and invoices, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies as needed

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and dashboard creation
• Ability to work with numerical data and maintain accurate financial records
• Experience with contract management platforms and affiliate marketing concepts is a plus
