Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Marketing Operations Associate will manage operational and administrative tasks for the Student Loans business, including lender compliance, reporting, and campaign operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process lender compliance updates and coordinate with external partners to ensure marketplace accuracy
• Build and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, analyzing campaign performance and billing accuracy
• Manage landing page content and affiliate campaigns, ensuring operational workflows are executed efficiently

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort with numerical data reconciliation
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools, such as Voluum and Ironclad
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively
